Women’s golf ranked 25th in the nation
The 25th ranked Spartan women’s golf team defeated both Cal and Princeton this week in dual matches. The match against Cal took place Tuesday in Oakland, CA with the Spartans outshooting the Golden Bears 295-308.
The Princeton Tigers traveled to San Jose to meet the Spartans out at the Villages. The Spartans prevailed with a 298-302 victory.

Spartan baseball coach Piraro gets 700th victory
Spartan baseball (16-3 overall) pounded out 27 hits and a grand slam in a 19-0 victory over Dartmouth. The Spartans defeated Dartmouth 6-1 on Thursday, giving coach Sam Piraro his 700th victory in 22 seasons.
